Privacy policy

Budgetly does not collect, sell, or share any personal financial data. The app runs entirely on your iPhone.

What we collect

From the app

Nothing. The budget data you enter — envelopes, transactions, receipt photos, notes — stays on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, that data is mirrored to your private iCloud database using Apple's end-to-end encrypted CloudKit. We never see it.

From the website

Standard web logs (IP address, user-agent) retained for 30 days for abuse prevention. Not linked to any identity.

From the App Store

If you purchase Budgetly Pro, Apple shares a transaction identifier with us so we can grant your entitlement. We do not receive your Apple ID, name, or email from Apple.

What we never do

• No third-party analytics SDKs.
• No ad networks.
• No bank-link integrations (so there is no bank data to leak).
• No data sales. Not now, not ever.
